Welcome To Pooga's Home Page
First, I would like to thank my family for being so patient as I took many hours away from them to develop this site.

I also want to thank you, family and friends, that cared to visit the site. If you want to see any additional photos, or want more family information please let me know.

Also, I will e-mail anyone wanting better quality photos sent to them.

Listing Site Updates
This is a brand new site. I just started the site on the 14th of February 2002. On the far left site you will be able to go to my other pages. Of particular interest is the Photo Page;
14 FEB 02 Added photos of family and friends.  .
15 FEB 02   Added pictures of my US/UK Jump Exchange to the Photo page.
16 FEB 02   Added an additional photo page.

For those of my friends that are awaiting the completion of the "Army Page", I am reluctant to say it is still under construction. It should be completed by the end of the year, (2003).
Welcome To My Home Page
Hi, my name is Richard M Tovar, aka Pooga, and this is my home page. The topics and/or subjects that will be contained within these pages are those that I embrace; family and friends.

This site will be updated as new photos are taken and new news on the Terror Campaign develops.

Site Enhancements
If you wish to be notified of site enhancements and/or new photos, please feel free to e-mail me.

The UK from 800 ft. above.
This photo was taken in September 2001 while I was with the US-UK Jump Exchange. Its not the best photo I have taken, but considering I only had a chance to take three photos while in the air it is not the worst. I have posted some more "Army" photos on my "Army Page" link on the upper left of this page.
Send me an e-mail!

"The study of war should neither be taken flippantly nor taken to the depths of extreme fundamentalism. The wise and moderate man studies it so he may never experience the horrors it contains."
